Cylinder/Valve Rental Charges
Helium (L range) cylinders and helium filling valves are the property of Planet Balloon Ltd. When you purchase Helium (L range) you are purchasing the gas, not the cylinder. It is prohibited to resell, refill or dispose of the cylinders and they must be returned to Planet Balloon Ltd. If Helium (L range) cylinders are kept for over 1 month, a cylinder rental will be charged to the customer.

Cylinder / Filling Valve Damage
If on collection of the cylinder/helium filling valve there is damage to either, which renders it/them unusable, the customer will be charged for repairs or replacement. General wear and tear is accepted.

Buying Products
To order a product from Planet Balloon Ltd follow the on-line ordering procedure. Products, prices, payment methods and delivery charges are displayed on this website.

The price on the website at the time of the order is the price in force at that time. Prices include VAT. Delivery charges are not included in the price and are calculated on the weight of the items ordered. When ordering online, payment method will be dependent on the product ordered and delivery address.

Any Specified Delivery dates are Estimates Only. Planet Balloon cannot be held responsible for failure to meet these estimated delivery dates.

Damaged or Faulty
In the unfortunate event of an item being damaged or faulty which in your opinion is due to a manufacturing error please return the item immediately for our inspection. Please quote your order number with the returned product and inform us by email that the items have been sent. We recommend sending the items by Recorded Delivery or another method which provides proof of posting. If the items are not received by us and you have no proof of postage, we will not be able to offer any refund or dispatch replacement items.

Please note: We may have to return the item to the manufacturer for inspection. Items deemed to be a manufacturing fault will be replaced free of charge.

Returns
You are covered under the Distance Selling Regulations laid out by the Office of Fair Trading.

If you change your mind about the items simply return them to us in perfect, un-opened, re-saleable condition within 7 days and we will refund the cost of the product(s) in full. Delivery charges are NOT refundable and returns must be at your own Expense. Please note we cannot offer refunds on printed balloons or any gas ( Helium) cylinders/tanks. If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch we will give a full refund. However, if your order has already been prepared for dispatch there will be a charge for the cost of packing and administration.

For returns, we advise that you use the Post Office Parcel service with appropriate insurance, for parcels valued over £20 or if the parcel is valued below £20 obtain a proof of postage certificate. If you choose to refuse the delivery from our courier there will be an additional charge for the goods to be returned to us and this will then be passed on to yourselves. * We recommend you accept the goods and return via parcel force to minimise the charges.

Planet Balloon is not liable for returned parcels in transit, in the event of any claim it is the sender who is responsible for processing the claim.

Stock Levels
Planet Balloon endeavour to keep a full selection of all stock, but this is not always possible. Should you order an item that is out of stock or unavailable we will advise you and may recommend an alternative. Any substitute item supplied that is not satisfactory can be returned.
Should you wish to order an item that is not listed in the online shop, please feel free to contact us directly and request the item.

Any instructions given by us, or third parties working on our behalf, should be strictly adhered to. Safety should be taken very seriously.

We cannot accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business (whether direct or indirect) however caused, even if foreseeable.

If we are liable to you for any reason, our liability will be limited to the amount paid by you for the Product concerned. This limit does not apply to any liability we may have for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or for our fraudulent misrepresentation.

You are responsible for ensuring that your computer system meets all relevant technical specifications necessary to use our web site. We cannot and do not guarantee or warrant that any material available for downloading from our web site will be free from infection or viruses and/or other code that has contaminating or destructive properties. You are responsible for putting relevant protection in place on your own computer systems such as anti-virus software.

The limitations and exclusions in this clause do not affect your non-excludable statutory rights and only apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
